IUP’s Harvie Tuck was named PSAC West Offensive Player of the Year. Tuck produced 141.09 yards per game in Division II and has rushed for at least 200 yards of four contests in 2012. His career high (256) came against California (PA.), which featured the West Defensive Player of the Year S Rontez Miles. Tuck’s 4,229 yards are second all-time at IUP and eighth in the PSAC while his 33 rushing touchdowns are third all-time at IUP.
