• 2010-11 Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll
• 2009-10 Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll
• 2008-09 Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll
 
Hartson was perfect on 131 snaps on the season and earned second team All-Conference USA. Hartson also received the program's President's Academic Excellence Award. During his collegiate career Harston was nne of the country's top deep snappers and key figure in helping Matt Hogan break the NCAA record for consecutive extra points made in one season in 2011.
