Joe Gaglione earned Honorable mention All-Big Ten by league media and honorable mention defensive Lineman of the Week by CFPA for his play in win over Northern Illinois. In 2012, he started 10 games at defensive end and played in 11 of 12 games and recorded 16 solo tackles and 35 assists.
