NFL Draft Prospect - Harvard DE John Lyon

John Lyon started at DE for Harvard University and hails from Durham, NC. Lyon is the epitome of the American dream. He graduated with a degree in Psychology from Harvard and he was the Valedictorian of his High School as well as part of the National Honor Society. Now that John's collegiate football career is over he is working hard to achieve his next goal which is to make the active roster of an NFL team.

 

At 6'2", 271 lbs with an athletic build and tremendous football acumen. During his time at Harvard, John was a three-year starter and nominated for All-Ivy League in both 2011 and 2012. Lyon is a versatile, physical player with natural football instincts and superior knowledge of the game. Lyon's advanced intelligence and his ability to fit well in any defense will make him a solid player in the NFL.
