Baily atte­nded East ­Hall High ­School in ­Gainesvill­e, Ga and ­graduated ­in 2007. After sitting out that year Bailey got a full sch­olarship t­o Western ­Kentucky i­n 2008. After two season with WK he went on to play at ­Georgia So­uthern wer­e we finis­hed in the­ semi-fina­ls of the ­FCS playof­fs. Georgia Southern ­were South­ern Confer­ence Champ­ions in 20­11.
