A key to the Husky defense in 2012 Moore was the teams leading-returning tackler in 2011 and named to the Butkus Award and Lombardi Award watch lists. In 2012 Moore finished third in tackles (72), first in tackles-for-loss (15.5) and second for the Huskies in sacks (8). Moore's out standing play from the received East West Shrine earned him another week of NFL scout exposure at the Senior Bowl.
