Rodney Smith may be one player who seemed to under perform during the season. Expectations were high for Smith entering his final season at Florida State. Smith finished second on the team with 38 catches and ranked third in reception yards. Smith looks the part of a NFL receiver, and during East West Shrine practice I noted several times he made positive plays.
