Toney was a 2006 Tennessee Mr. Football Finalist while playing for Station Camp High School. The 5'11, 210 pound running played at Dean College (Franklins, Mass) helping the team to 10-1 record in 2008 being named MVP of GCCC Bowl Game. Toney transferred to UT-Chattanooga but never suited up for live action and finished career at Texas A&M Kingsville. Toney finished first on the team in rushing attempts in 2012 and second on the team in rushing yards.
