Washington State Cougars HC Mike Leach - 2012 Season Preview

New Washington State Cougars Head Coach Mike Leach is known for building some very potent offenses. Leach inherits senior quarterback Jeff Tuel and stand-out receiver Marquess Wilson who will benefit from the spread offense that relies heavily on the pass making the Cougars one team to pay close attention to in 2012. With 14 returning starters, Leach possibly has the best team on paper since the 2005-06.

Prior to Washington State, Coach Leach put his former Texas Tech team in bowl games in each of the ten seasons he was in charge Abilene, TX. The Cougars open the season versus BYU on September 1^st where Coach Leach graduated in 1983 prior to earning his bachelor’s degree in American Studies.
