NFL Draft Talk with Montana State-Northern LB, Will Andrews

Montana State University-Northern, OLB/DE Will Andrews helped himself during the schools Pro Day by posting numbers that where as good as the hand selected few that make their way to the NFL Scouting Combine who are considered the cream of the crop.

 

It was icing on top of the cake for Andrews who was named Frontier Defensive Player of the Year and Frontier All-Conference after his stellar 2011 season. Andrews played in the inaugural NAIA vs. NCAA DII Senior Bowl and will be participating at the NFL Super Regional Combine in Detroit, MIon March 30-31st.

 

Pro Day Resutls

 

-- 225 lb Bench Press Reps: 23 (would have placed 14th at NFL Combine at Indianapolis)

 

-- Vertical Jump: 35" (would have placed 14th at NFL Combine at Indianapolis)

 

-- Broad Jump: 9'2"

 

-- 40 yard dash: 4.56 seconds (would have placed 3rd at NFL Combine at Indianapolis)

 

-- Short Shuttle: 4.10 seconds (would have placed 2nd at NFL Combine at Indianapolis)

 

-- 60 Yard Shuttle: 11.40 seconds (would have placed 1st at NFL Combine at Indianapolis)
