Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) First team Anthony Carter led the league in rushing with 1,039 yards rushing despite missing the first two games of the year. 

 

In six of his final eight games the West Park, Fla. native had over one hundred yards rushing. His season high came against Washington and Lee Univsersity with 233 yards and his season high in carries one week later with 37 versus Emory and Henry.

 

Battled cancer as a youth he has overcome the odds and looks the part as a running back.
