Prior to the 2011 kickoff, Johnson was named to the Butkus Award pre-season watch list. James-Michael Johnson finished second on the team with 100 tackles (54 solo). The Fairfield, California native is ranked as one of the top senior inside linebackers in the country, and currently projects him as a 4th round pick in 2012 NFL Draft.
