Dallas Cowboys: Justin Taplin-Ross FS

The Dallas Cowboys brought in Rob Ryan to fix the leaky faucet that was known as the Dallas Cowboys defense from last season, a team that finished twenty-sixth overall in passing yards allowed with 3,894. Ryan did help the defense but the secondary for Dallas actually allowed 12 more passing yards than last season.

Dallas has signed Justin Taplin-Ross former Utah Ute’s free safety to a three year contract and will look to get him up to speed on their system so he is ready to go once OTA’s and training camps open, right around the corner. Last year at this around this time Taplin-Ross was recovering from having his appendix taken out prior to him playing in the East/West Shrine game.
