Ronnie Cameron, Old Dominion DT
CAA Defensive Player of the Year
Old Dominion’s defensive tackle earned the CAA Football Defensive Player of the Year award for 2011. Cameron was also selected to the AFCA Football Championship Subdivision Coaches All America Team.
The transfer from Hofstra enjoyed a stand out career for the Monarchs of Old Dominion racking up 73 tackles, 6.5 sacks and 17 tackles for loss on his way to earning All-CAA first team accolades in addition to his other achievements.
