As the CEO of TCB Drones, LLC, Steffanie holds the distinction of being the first Black woman in Texas to own a drone technology company. An FAA-certified drone pilot, her firm offers a range of services from aerial inspections of infrastructure and creating 3-D digital models, to developing a drone curriculum aimed at educating the next generation of drone pilots.

When not engaged in contract work, Steffanie uses her drone expertise to capture breathtaking videos of North American skylines. These visuals have graced various platforms including movies, commercials, and other productions. Beyond her work with drones, Steffanie holds a Master's Degree in Journalism and Public Affairs, is a certified scuba diver, and an avid traveler. A proud NABWIC member since 2022, she embodies the spirit of innovation and adventure that drives our community forward.
