SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Solderman (PhD, MSW, MSHS), a NAASCA family member. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: “Dr Jill will summarize the work the 'FCVFC' (Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts) on behalf of defending children over the past year." We'll find out where we once were, where we are now, and where we are going in the future! ~~ Dr Jill says, "Children are in proven grave danger of harm from family members .. but they're not rescued! Why does our criminal justice system / family court fail?!" She goes on, "Over the past year the FCVFC has presented evidence of major child abuse –and torture. We have to fight allegations that the children are lying, 'coached' or 'manipulating to get their own way'. Protective parents are vengeful and retaliating, despite indisputable evidence of righteous, clear and convincing proof of violence, physical torture and emotional abuse." Dr Jill concludes, "Tonight I am honored to recount our year of living and fighting for children's rights." ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Many issues of child abuse involve dealing with the courts and law enforcement, foster care, child protection services, CASA and CAC organizations, etc. Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts and her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues.
