SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Solderman (PhD, MSW, MSHS), a NAASCA family member. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Dealing with Strategies to Break Impenetrable Custody" ~~ The Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts has repeatedly met Protective Parents whose children are “legally” isolated by authorities, under the total control of their abuser. “No Cause of Action, No Standing to Sue” is a statement of legal standing that halts too many Protective Parents and their representatives. The FCVFC has been aggressively studying, pursuing interventions and the elements of intervention that lead to successful release of children. Our guest, Brook Altman, is a participant in the “Impenetrable Project” of the Legal Strategy Research Litigation Support program of the FCVFC. Her “Brave New World” approach to tackling the massive institutional malfeasance of the Family Court System in Manhattan has taken incredible courage and nerves of steel. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Many issues of child abuse involve dealing with the courts and law enforcement, foster care, CPS, CASA, etc. Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts and her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues.
