Joy is a feeling of great happiness, exhilaration, elation, euphoria and bliss. As with all expressions of love, joy can only be created when we remove our barriers that we have allowed to stay in place, which hinder joy. Joy is an emotion that lets us know when we are in heart balance between Divine Will and Divine Spirit. On this program of Sovereign Self, Martin, Ron and Karen discuss the various avenues that we can utilize to bring joy into our lives. The only one preventing you from finding joy is you. Keeping the walls that block joy may have been an unconscious choice we have made, but those walls can be removed, if you chose to do so.
