From year to year, we watch our families and love ones go through the pressure of trying to live up to the expectations of the Christmas spirit. Some go as far as putting themselves in major debt to ensure that they and their family are able to partake in the festivies of the holiday season. It was not long ago that many of us found ourselves going through the same exact motions of psyching ourselves up for the holidays, setting up the old decorations, buying things that we couldn't afford, all to ensure that our children experienced the same feelings we did growing up on Christmas day. Looking back on those times, ask yourself; WAS IT WORTH IT? As the holiday season draws to a close and everyone begins to snap gack into reality, do they feel that the headache of the Christmas spirit was truly worth it? Was it worth going into debt for? Was it worth casting off and eventually losing a connection with family and loved ones who didn't share the same sentiments in the holiday season as you did?
