Saturday, Pres Trump announced his choice for Nominee to Supreme Court replacing Ruth Bader Ginsburg: 48yr old Jurist Amy Coney Barrett. Judge Barrett presently serves as Circuit Judge on US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit (was nominated by Pres Trump for that seat as well back in 2017).  Judge Barrett is a Wife & Mother of 7 Children, including 2 children adopted from Haiti. Amy C  Barrett is the oldesst of 7 children herself. Judge Barrett is a graduated First in her class in 1997 with a Juris Doctor summa cum laude from University of Notre Dame!  Judge Barrett clerked for Juge Laurence Silberman of US Court of Appeals for DC Circuit & for Late Justice Antonin Scalia!  

Already the nay sayers are attacking Judge Barrett based on her Religion - being a Cathlic.  During her Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in 2017, Sen Diane Finesteen biased her questions based on Judge Barrett being a Catholic, arguing Catholic Judges should in some cases reucse themselves from death penalty cases due to their moral objection to the death penalty. To which Judge Barrett Replied: "My personal church affiliation or my religious belief would not on the discharge of my duties as a judge".  Unlike an irrational Finesteen Left Winger, a Constitutional Jurist can be objective & make rational Constitutional decisions! It appears Senate Democrats will be attacking Judge Barrett's Catholic Faith, which goes against any & all writings of our US Constitution!
