Nonie is the author of three books: Now They Call Me Infidel, Cruel and Usual Punishment, and The Devil We Don't Know. Born in Egypt, Darwish is the daughter of an Egyptian Army lieutenant general, the commander of the Egyptian Army Intelligence in Gaza who was killed in a targeted killing by the Israel Defense Forces in 1956. Darwish blames "the Middle Eastern Islamic culture and the propaganda of hatred taught to children from birth" for his death. You do not want to miss this interview! All this and a lot more because as you know...
