What is sin? Sin is actions done against God the God of the hHeaven and Earth. In a religious context, sin is a transgression against divine law. Each culture has its own interpretation of what it means to commit a sin. While sins are generally considered actions, any thought, word, or act considered immoral, selfish, shameful, harmful, or alienating might be termed "sinful. We are guaranteed to mess up, but there is God who wants to help us get back up on our feet and will forgive us of all of our sins.
