Wiley, a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is the pastor of the Rock of Ages Baptist Church located in Maywood, Illinois. He made history at Rock of Ages Baptist Church in March 1991 becoming the second pastor in forty years. The Church has experienced spiritual, numerical, and financial growth under his dynamic leadership.
