Should the Saints Speak Out Against A Preacher

The Bible says to take your brother before the church those in leadership not the whole congregation. The Believer may not fully understand that if a preacher is my brother which is a close family member I should go to him in private praying and talk with him and see if we can work this out by the preacher in error. If he will not listen then we take him to the elders of the church and if he will not obey the word of God. Then the church put him out.
