Food is one of life greates pleasures if food is prepared right. However, our taste buds are different, sometimes what tastes good to one may not taste the same to another. Because food appears to be hameless many use it to bring comfort because they feel it is not addictive as alcohol or drugs. But foor has it's own addiction. Yet when foods are put in the right combination and times it promotes health. For instance bakeed meats over fried meats, roasted veggies over boiled or fried. Butter over no grease, then there are things which appears to be healthy but it is not, most times we want to cut butter and fats from our diet but never consider sugar or sugary foods. It is a good thing to watch our intake of food and prepare foods before time.
