Sometimes in life we get frustrated, but it is important to remember things do not always happen exactly how or when we want. God has left us with many tools in the Bible teaching us how to succeed and navigate this life. The Lord knows that we will become frustrated, but we are to "be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath" (Ephesians 4:26). Jesus lead by example and with his life and though he had become angry he did not sin. When we let anger go unchecked, it can create a stronghold and bondage in our lives. Then, we find ourselves letting the sun go down on our wrath.
