Each Monday, the LLJM promote youth success through a good encouraging word. On today, we will focus on the topic of, "When you don't know what to do!" As youth and teens transition from grade to grade we are certain that the age matures, but not necessarily the maturity levels. It is imperative that we provide sound reasoning and also the word so that they can reach their destination which is college. I was reading someone's post that I am following and the gentleman said, "...Back in the day, school was thought to not be for everyone." What he meant was the myth was that school especially for women were thought to be irrelevant. He went on to say, what if we still had that same mentality that school, whether public, home or private was not for everyone, where would we be? So now we are in the century where some say college is not for everyone. I beg to differ and believe with proof that college is for everyone if we are willing to encourage and lead these youth in the right path!
