ABOUT OLD CAROLINA BARBECUE: In 2006, long-time friends, Brian Bailey and Tim Hug (founders of Ichor Restaurant Group), opened their first Old Carolina Barbecue Company restaurant 60 miles south of Cleveland, in Massillon Ohio.
