Chief Ray will be discussing many great ideas we can all implement in our hometown departments to not only handle emergency calls, but to put together a well-focused, well-energized, unified team committed to excellence. Because his response area was also in the path of recent Hurricane Dorian and last year's Hurricane Florence, Chief Ray will also discuss steps taken by his agencies to be better prepared to handle weather emergencies such as those.
