On this episode, Dave speaks with Scott Little, fire chief for the Lancaster City (PA) Bureau of Fire. Scott is also a certified chief fire officer (CFO) and chief training officer (CTO), has served in the United States Marine Corps, and is currently a master sergeant in the United States Air National Guard.
