Host Tom Merrill talks to Chief Kevin Quinn. In addition to being in the fire service for 40 years, Chief Quinn serves as the Chairman of the national Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC). They will discuss all the great things being done by the NVFC to address the concerns and issues of the nation's volunteer fire service and outline all the programs available through them to address needs in training, health and wellness, grant funding and so many others.
