Larry Conley, a 23-year veteran of the St. Louis (MO) Fire Department and captain of Truck Company 13, will be taking your calls on training, leadership, and much more. Tonight's guests will be Gary Graf from Engine House Training and and Jeff Weffelmeyer.

Larry is the chief instructor of Firefighter 1 and 2 courses at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park and director-at-large of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors (ISFSI). He is the co-chairman of the Missouri Community College Association fire education sub committee, and director of the Missouri Children's Burn Camp. He is the faculty presenter expert for Expert Online Training (expertonlinetraining.com), a board member and supervisory committee charman for the St. Louis Firefighters Credit Union, and the president and founder of Leadership Development Concepts, LLC, which specializes in personal leadership training.
