God, the Holy Spirit is a communicator and He speaks to the people of God who will listen to Him. His desire is to affect our speech so that our lives can be re-directed into the order of the Kingdom of God. " The tongue of the wise is health" Proverbs 12:18b. "The lips of the wise shall preserve them" Proverbs 14:3b. " The mouth of the righteous man is a well of life" Proverbs 10:11a. 

The Holy Spirit (Ghost) also influences our converstaions with others; even the boldness and confidence with which we speak to them. He gives us words of wisdom and knowledge, even testimony to affect the Kingdom of God.
