God, The Holy Spirit (Ghost) is the One who "pours out" God's love into our hearts (Romans 5:5). John 3:16.." For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son...". God's overwhelming gushings of passionate, sacrificial love for the world moved Him to give the life of Jesus Christ, the sinless One, in exchange for our fallen, corrupt, state of sin and unworthiness. This same love He offers to every beliver.
