KEEPING DELIVERANCE

“So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him,”   (Isa 59:19).

Yield to the Lordship of Jesus in every area.

Be continuously filled with the Holy Spirit, (Eph. 5:18).

Live by the Word of God (Lk. 11:13; Acts 2:4, (Matt. 4:4; 7, 11).

Put on the whole armour of God (Eph. 6:10-18) especially the "Helmet" of hope, (I Thess. 5:8; I Tim. 13:13; Ro. 8:28; Heb. 6:18-20).

Also the "garment of praise," (Isa. 61:3; 60:18; Lk. 4:18; Heb. 13:15)... Cultivate right fellowship. (Both faith and unbelief come through what we hear, (Rom. 10:17, Mk. 4:24; Lk. 8:18)...

The Bible tells you to “Submit therefore yourselves to God, resist the Devil, and he will flee from you,” (Jam.  4:7). Claim the protection of the blood of Jesus after a battle with demons as well as during the actual conflict. Ask the Holy Spirit to place His Wall of Fire around your that will protect you from all demonic powers. All deliverance ministers should learn to live a fasted life. The Bible tells us fasting breaks the yoke of the enemy, (1 Sam. 58). 

STEPS TO KEEPING DELIVERANCE

Your words have power; stay in the Word of God. (Josh. 1:8, Psa. 1:1-3). Read the Bible every day. Forgive quickly. (Matt. 18:32:35). Develop a forgiving attitude.

Crucify the Flesh, Gal. 5-24, 25; Rom. 6:16. Praise & Worship, Psa. 150 Thanksgiving, Psa. 100 Fellowship, Heb 10:24, 25; Ecc. 4:12 Cultivate the Fruit of the Holy Spirit, (Gal 5:21-25). Love the Lord your God and your neighbor as yourself.Get your home life in divine order, (Eph. 5:21-35). Clean your home from all idolatry. Pray always, I  Jn. 5:14-15, I Thess. 5:17, Rom. 8-26-27. Pray in the Holy Spirit.
