Battle for the Mind and Will
The spiritual warfare is revealed in “principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world, and spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (heavenliest); and ‘whatever,” (Eph. 6:12).
There is a spiritual battle for every soul. God is real and so is Satan. Both of these spirits use and anoint humans to bring people to the spiritual being that they serve. There is no middle ground or a highway to self that the person can escape. The byway to self-godhood is a dead-end street that New Agers teach is man evolving to his higher self so that he will be ACCEPTABLE to the higher dimensional reality.
“Who, or whatever you yield your mind, flesh and spirit to is what your lifestyle will be,” (Matt. 26:19). “Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live,” (Heb. 12:9). (Deut. 4:19), “And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.”
We war against the powers of darkness that tie and destroy the plans of Satan commanding him to lose all control from his powers. This spiritual power is the greatest force in the universe because its source of power is God Himself,”
This spiritual power can do things no other controlling influence can do. In the KJV of the Bible, there is often little distinction made between “power” and “authority” that they quite closely related is seen in the fact that authority is valueless without the power to enforce it. Power is primarily to God but may be applied to any holder of power, whether human or superhuman.
