SATAN IS A DEFEATED FOE

Jesus died and the first thing that He did ascended down into Hell to victoriously take the Keys of hell and of death from Satan. The second thing, he went to preach to those Saints who were being held in Abraham’s bosom awaiting their redemption, freedom, resurrection and ascension to the Throne of the Father to receive eternal life.

The Bible makes it clear that Satan and his hosts are a defeated army-legally defeated. When Christ died and rose again, He sealed His victory over the enemy.

“I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death,” (Rev. 1:18).
