copy of my basic jam part 2 hacked ,stolen ,used illegally for sampling, movie?

talk about some hoodlums who may have hacked or got into my email account,with my basic jam part 2 for sampling movie, and it was illegal? i am not planning to release a video anytime soon for basic jam part 2- maybe in a few months ,but i will let you know but if you hear the song on a movie or any sex movie or sampling ,it is illegal and wrong  copyright number-
