O.T.A.'s start Tuesday (May 23rd).

The first official practices with full participation from all players & coaches begin the 2017 NFL Dolphins season.  It will be mostly installing rules and everyone getting used to each other.. I personally am curious what the Fin fans will find to complain about now!  They said Tannehill couldn't throw a deep ball and made poor decisions.  That was fixed.  Coaching stunk...  fixed too.  O-line issues... handled...  Entire defense needs addressing in F.A. and the draft...DONE!  Now it's time to place all these ingredients in the proverbial "pot  and see what happens.
