     So what if anything does a not so rich salary cap do with free agency???  The Dolphins may do better focussing on the Draft on April 30th.  Do they add the 1 year extention to Ryan Tannehill?  Or do they go ahead and try to sign him to the long term deal like Cinci did with Dalton?  Like Baltimore did with Flacco??  And...  What on earth do they do with Mike Wallace and that attitude of his???
