Sensei Lau is one of the most talented Martial Artist to ever tie on the Obi.  This successful individual has spent his entire life practicing and developing his form.  A student of Grand Master Beins and 3rd Dan in United States Black Cat Kenpo, Sensei Lau has taught and competed at a level most would want to attain.  He ran the Rutgers University Karate Team for many years, bringing them to many successful championships.  Here what this phenomenom has to say about training, teaching, competing, as well as what it's like to train in Shanghai China!
