Arnstar is from the streets of Brooklyn&Harlem. 

ArnStar understood the fact that growing up in poverty didn't mean you had to stay there. in fact he kind of saw it as a starting point to where you actually can go in this world! Losing his Father (Rock Steady Crew's Own "KIPPY DEE" R.I.P.) while he was an embryo didn't make becoming a man much easier. Yet his mother Tara M. Kirkland (R.I.P.) was determined 2 make sure he and his 3 older siblings were well equipped with the wisdom of the Most high.
