In Professor Hernandez's words:

"I began training in the Martial Arts in 1973. I grew up in the Bronx NY I have been fortunate to have found and trained with many wonderful teachers. The most profound in my life being Professor Florendo Visitacion. I had the wonderful opportunity to study and train privately with Professor Vee. I trained all of Prof. Vee’s curriculum to include: Vee jitsu te, jiujitsu, Kuntao, Dimensions but most importantly I had the opportunity to learn the art of learning. I was fortunate to ask Prof.Vee the questions that brought out the essence of his knowledge beyond the above mentioned templates.I have extensive training in the warrior arts from various cultures.

For the last 25 years I have been traveling around the world and teaching Civilian, Law Enforcement, and Military special operations.The arts that I teach fall under the Improvised Combat Survival Systems which was personally sanctioned by Professor Florendo Visitacion. I have extensive training in Chinese, Japanese, Hawaiian, American,Thai and other South East Asian warrior arts. I have also developed programs for Law Enforcement and Military through my Improvised Combat Survival Systems and TACSAFE.I developed the Primal Core Fitness Animalized bodyweight ground and Kettle bell training programs for combat Fitness.
