Sifu Deahl began his martial arts study at the age of 10, and has 38 years of experience. He was inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame in 2008, and has been an Ambassador for the Martial Arts Hall of Fame since 2008.

His experience includes: Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan, Wing Chun,  Savate, Muay Thai, Okinawan Te, Kali, and Kang Chuan Do. His instructors include George Murzynowski, Mark Stewart, Ted LucayLucay, Randy Williams, Scott Jacoby, and Gregg Wooldridge.
