Deepertruth: The Foreign Emoluments Clause and Joe Biden

President Trump is calling for a Special Prosecutor to investigate the Joe Biden scandal. Since this scandal happened during Joe Biden held the office of Vice President of the United States, he would have been impeached if found guilty. Since it appears that Joe Biden continued this breaking of the public trust during the Trump Presidency, he should be brought up on charges now.

Article 1, Section 9 Clause 8 prohibits any Federal Office holder, without the consent of Congress, any present, emolument, office, title of any kind what so ever from any king, prince, of foreign state.

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Joe Biden, according to Hunter's computer/emails would collect from 10 to 50% of the monies "earned" from Hunter Biden coming from the Ukraine and China. This would be treasonous, a betrayal of the public trust. There would be no allegiance, totally disloyal as the Bidens sought financial gain for oneself through the use of his office of the Vice President. He would be a traitor to the United States.
