CW Conner is the founder and CEO of LifeQuest Transitions a local 501c3 in Colorado Springs. He is the proud son of US Navy Veteran and the proud father of a US Army veteran. CW, himself, is a US Army veteran.

CW has over 25 years of business experience.  He built a successful transportation company with revenues of more than 40 million dollars. In 2000, CW left the transportation industry and founded the eSports broadcasting corporation. In 2003, CW decided to sell eSports and re-enter  transportation  by founding Transportation Management Group.

In 2008, CW relocated to Colorado Springs and began his own transition from successful businessman to something more adventurous by founding LifeQuest Adventure Racing team. CW quickly developed a passion for helping people make positive change in their own lives and so, together with business partner Dr. Grove Higgins, created the community outreach program for children called Camp Challenge. This program caught the attention of the Ft Carson Warrior Transition Battalion commanders, who requested transitional solutions for our soldiers returning home from theater. Thus, LifeQuest Transitions (LQT) was founded. CW has worked with the Warrior Transition Command, Fort Carson DES Units and special assistants to the Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to help position LQT as an innovator and breakthrough developer for military transitional solutions our men and women of the armed forces and their families.
Today, CW and his team have worked with over 1400 wounded, ill and injured soldiers assisting with functional fitness and holistic lifestyle solutions. With successful collaborative organizations like The Home Front Cares, LQT has become a complete military transitional organization to also include future soldier and re-integration programs.  CW can be reached at cw@lqtransitions.org .
