1- Hellen Obiri- Kenya- 2:22:37 (Champion) This is her second time winning the women's Boston Marathon making her a back-to-back champion. She won it the first time in 2023.

Men's Wheelchair

1- Marcel Hug- Switzerland- 1:15:33 (Champion) Hug breaks his own course record which he set at last year's marathon. This is Hug's seventh time winning the Men's Wheelchair title at the Boston Marathon

2- Daniel Romanchuk- United States- 1:20:37

3- David Weir- England- 1:22:12

Women's Wheelchair
