Sheila Weaver has over 20 years experience in sports, fitness and athletics. She holds a B.S.E. from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and a M. A. in Health and Physical Education from Kent State, University in Kent, Ohio.

Ms. Weaver founded a non profit organization, The Academic and Athletic Alliance, in 1993. She also created SheLovesSports.com, a social network that connects girls and women of all ages together to share, connect and build relationships.

Ms. Weaver is a Hall of Fame High School Volleyball Coach and was recently appointed to the DC Directory for Sports Philanthropy Network. Her daughter Cheryl Weaver is a Divison I 3X All-American Champion, and her grandaughter Alexis Ewing will attend Penn State University in 2025.
