Emma is President of Devine Order, a professional organizing company. 

A graduate of Alabama A&M University, she's worked for Boeing, UDS/Motorola, and FedEx Express.

Emma created Devine Enterprises, which consisted of Devine Virtual Assistants (DEVA), Devine Media and Cleaning Solutions, but she NEVER lost her love for athletics.

An assistant coach at University of Alabama – Huntsville, she created a basketball league for women that garnered major support.

After moving to Memphis, she became a stage manager for ESPN regional and color commentator for Time Warner Sports broadcasts of Lady Tiger basketball. She also volunteered as women’s basketball coach at Shelby State CC (now Southwest Tennessee CC). 

In 2019, she attended a basketball game at her alma mater, and the athletic bug bit HARD! Stay Ready Training was created to show athletes how to master the fundamentals of basketball while also instilling life lessons and values such as character, teamwork, discipline and respect.

McComb High School Athletics selected her to assist their boys’ basketball coach and be the department's strength and conditioning coach. She was also their media and broadcasting specialist for the 2023-2024 season.
