CCC embraces trees with Michael Ziman of One Tree Pledge.

Michael Ziman is a successful builder who came to the realization last year that there were changes that could be made to reduse our footprint and our carbon emissions.. In addition to taking a hard look at his own building practices and implementing change he  researched TREES. Everyone learns in school about photosynthesis and how plants and trees take in CO2 and put out oxygen, everyone knows this but here's the thing, not everyone knows what they can do with this information. Michael researched and came up with a program that is simple and affordable and literally everyone with ten dollars can do it. For one dollar a trere you can help reduce our Carbon Dioxide output. For instance if you live in a 700 SF apartment in NYC and spend 700 dollars to plant 700 trees in America, you just negated your Co2 output. Congratulations, you're an Eco-Hero! if you can't afford to donate, there's always the #hugatreechallenge and it is exactly what it sounds like. To raise awareness take a selfie, group photo, heck make it your Christmas photo, whatever photo you take, use the hashtag and post it to your Social Media.
